1. GENERAL

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between FRENCH BULL SAS, whose registered office is at 60 rue François 1, Paris, France, and FRENCH BULL SAS, whose registered office is at 60 rue François 1, Paris, France.er 75008 PARIS, and any customer using the site www.frenchbull.fr and accepting the conditions below.
Any different condition will only be taken into account after written agreement from FRENCH BULL. The information on the site is provided for information only and may be changed without notice. All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and content

The characteristics (weight, dimensions, visuals, descriptions, etc.) published on the site or in FRENCH BULL documents are indicative and non-contractual. FRENCH BULL reserves the right to modify or withdraw any reference without notice, without the purchaser being able to claim damages.
The photographs are non-contractual. It is the customer's responsibility to check the availability and characteristics of the products before placing an order.

3. Availability of offers

Products and services are offered for sale while stocks last or according to the published calendar. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. They may request an exchange or cancellation of their order from contact@frenchbull.fr

4. Awards

Prices shown on www.frenchbull.fr are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes and exclusive of delivery costs. They may be modified at any time.
Shipping costs, calculated according to the weight or type of item and the delivery method, are specified before the order is validated.
The price is payable in cash on the day the order is placed. The prices applicable are those in force when the order is placed.

5. Control

The website www.frenchbull.fr is aimed at private individuals and professionals.
The customer must provide the information necessary for identification and delivery (surname, first name, address, telephone, e-mail, etc.). In the event of incomplete or erroneous information, FRENCH BULL may cancel the order.
Final validation takes place after confirmation on the site and/or by e-mail.
The data recorded by FRENCHBULL constitutes proof of the content and date of the order.

6. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated when the order was placed, within the time specified at the time of validation.
Average delivery times are given for information only. FRENCH BULL cannot be held responsible for any delays. In the event of delay, you may request cancellation in accordance with the legal procedures.
Any parcel notified as "delivered" by the carrier cannot be the subject of a complaint to FRENCH BULL.

7. Delivery times

Delivery times are calculated from our warehouse. All orders placed before 1pm will be processed the same day, unless otherwise specified.
FRENCH BULL declines all responsibility in the event of delays attributable to the carrier or in the event of force majeure (strike, bad weather, etc.).
In the event of loss, parcels are insured up to the level of the carrier's guarantees (see carrier conditions). For special insurance, contact us.

8. Complaints / Returns

Goods travel at the recipient's risk. It is the customer's responsibility to check the parcel on receipt and to make any reservations on the carrier's delivery note. No claims will be accepted after the delivery note has been signed.
All requests for returns must be made by e-mail: contact@frenchbull.fr and requires the prior consent of FRENCH BULL.

9. Billing

Customers can download an invoice from their personal space on the website www.frenchbull.fr.

10. Payment

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard...): via secure interface.
• Paypal via the Paypal platform.
• X3/x4 via ALMA
• Bank transfer The order will be validated once all the funds have been received.
  If the order is not received within 8 days, it will be cancelled.

11. Warranty and after-sales service

FRENCH BULL products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accident.
All returns require the prior agreement of FRENCH BULL. The return costs are at the customer's expense, and the customer must take care to protect the product.
FRENCH BULL will make the final decision as to whether or not to pay.

12. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to return an unused product for exchange or refund, excluding personalised or custom-made products.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with insurance covering their value.
If the return is accepted, a voucher for the corresponding amount will be created (valid for 1 year). No cash refund will be made.

13. Retention of title clause

The transfer of ownership of the goods sold to the purchaser is suspended until the price has been paid in full.
In accordance with article 59 of the law of 13 July 1967, amended by article 12 of the law of 12 May 1980 and article 121 of the law of 25 January 1985, the seller, FRENCH BULL, may claim the movable property sold, insofar as it is in kind in the buyer's assets, within a period of four months following the judgement opening the judicial settlement or liquidation proceedings, wherever it may be.

FRENCH BULL retains ownership of the goods until they have been paid for in full by the customer.
The transfer of ownership of the products to the customer only takes place once the price has been paid in full. However, during the period between delivery and transfer of ownership, the risks of loss, theft or destruction shall be borne by the customer.

Failure by the customer to meet its payment obligations, for whatever reason, gives FRENCH BULL the right to demand the immediate return of the goods delivered, at the customer's expense and risk.

The customer undertakes, in the event of receivership proceedings affecting his company, to participate actively in the establishment of an inventory of the goods present in his stocks and of which FRENCH BULL claims ownership.
Failing this, FRENCH BULL is entitled to have this inventory recorded by a bailiff, at the customer's expense.

With effect from the date of the judgment pronouncing the receivership or liquidation of his company, the customer shall refrain from reselling, transforming or incorporating the goods delivered.
In the event of late payment, FRENCH BULL may also prohibit any resale, transformation or incorporation of the goods.

In order to guarantee payments not yet made and in particular the balance of the customer's account in FRENCH BULL's books, it is expressly stipulated that rights relating to goods delivered but not paid for will be transferred to identical goods from FRENCH BULL in the customer's stock, without it being necessary to allocate payments to a specific sale or delivery.

14. Data confidentiality

Personal data is used solely for order processing and customer relations. In accordance with the RGPD, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion (contact us at contact@frenchbull.fr).

15. Jurisdiction

The contractual information is presented in French and the products offered for sale comply with French regulations. Where applicable, it is the responsibility of the foreign customer to check with the local authorities regarding the possibility of using or importing the product he/she intends to order; FRENCHBULL SAS may not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the regulations of a foreign country.

In the event of a dispute relating to the formation, performance or termination of the contractual obligations between the parties, and in the absence of an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is expressly assigned to the Commercial Court of Paris, even in the event of multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
